How and When We Ship
We generally process orders within 24 hours of the date it was submitted, with exception to national holidays and Sundays. Orders are then shipped according to the service selected at the time of order.
We use only the most effective delivery services available to guarantee that your order arrives on time and in good condition.
Processing & Shipping charges are based on regular price of merchandise. Charges are intended to compensate our company for costs incurred to process, prepare, and transport your order and to cover related customer service. Your credit card will be charged when the order is shipped.
Shipping Service to Continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii:
UPS Ground - Delivery time: 3-5 business days.
UPS 2nd Day- Delivery time: 2 business days.
UPS Next Day Air Saver - Delivery time: 1 business days.
International Shipping Service:
UPS Worldwide Expedited - Delivery time: 6-10 business days.
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given.
Safe to ship to home or work, no one will be able to tell what's in the package. Your order will arrive in a standard discreet white envelope, brown box, priority mail box or UPS box.
We welcome international orders, which are shipped via Priority Mail International. Any customs transactions are the responsibility of the purchaser. Orders are subject to verification. All international orders will be held for complete shipment. Please be sure to select the International Shipping option at check-out.
Mail in Orders
You can mail in an order by printing out our mail order form, filling it out and sending it in. The form is available in both Word and PDF formats.
In the event an item has been damaged, please keep the item in its original packaging and contact the delivering carrier (Post Office or UPS) to arrange for inspection. Please see our Returns & Exchanges policy for a manufacturer defect or product error.
No Hidden Fees
At Felicity's Fetiche we pride ourselves in being straight forward. There are NO "hidden fees" of any kind. All products (plus Tax & Shipping) will be clearly displayed for you in your shopping bag for you to approve when you check-out. Hidden fees exclude International Shipping costs.

We must collect state and local taxes for shipments to the following states: CA . We are obligated to collect tax at the rate in effect for the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped. We automatically calculate taxes for Internet orders.
Canceling An Order
If your order has not shipped, you may cancel it for any reason. Cancellation request must be submitted by email no later than 8AM PST the day after order date.
All IN-STOCK merchandise is shipped immediately. Back-ordered items will be shipped, as they become available. Your account will be charged for the items as they are shipped and you will only be charged one time.
Due to fabric availability we must occasionally discontinue an item.
